Responsibilities

-Lead cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities to balance customer demand with operational capacity and drive business performance.
-Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and timely product delivery
-Analyze supply and demand trends, identify potential risks, and recommend proactive solutions to maintain continuity and service excellence.
-Manage inventory levels and logistics costs while supporting continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
-Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate alignment between operational records and financial data.
-Collaborate with finance and operations teams to support cost analysis, resolve billing discrepancies, and improve reporting accuracy.
-Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and logistics regulations while maintaining high operational and quality standards.

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in import or supply chain operations.
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Knowledge of Export Control Classification documents and international logistics processes.
-Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-Analytical Skill and Hands-on mindset
-Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
