■　レポートラインとチーム体制
本ポジションはオペレーション部門のシニアマネージャーにレポートし、SAP を活用するサプライチェーンチーム（5名）に所属します。チームと連携しながら、事業拡大を支えるオペレーション領域の改善・運営に携わるポジションです。周囲と協力しながら業務を進めることが得意な方に向いています。

Responsibilities

This position will report to the Operations Sr Manager and support supply and demand planning for Japan. The role will be required to collect market and internal inputs, focusing on forecasting, ordering, and coordinating deliveries to simplify operations.

– Analyze past sales and clean data for consistent forecasts
– Coordinate with teams to balance supply and demand and avoid shortages/excess
– Track demand KPIs and forecast accuracy
– Prepare monthly forecasts, S&OP materials, and KPI reports
– Improve forecasting processes
– Organize demand reviews and join supply planning projects
– Maintain demand forecasts in SAP
– Enter monthly catalogue forecasts on time
– Align major customer orders and budgets with Area Managers
– Ensure forecasts match budgets and SKU/size quotas
– Follow up on new product deliveries and supply recovery with global teams
– Monitor stock levels, flag risks (e.g., obsolescence), and lead follow‑up meetings

Qualifications

– Minimum 5 years of Demand Planning experience, with good understanding of Supply Planning in an FMCG environment
– Experience with SAP and/or statistical forecasting tools
– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field
– English proficiency required
– Strong analytical skills, good judgement, and a drive for excellence
– High commitment, initiative, and ability to work independently
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Advanced Excel skills
– Good organizational awareness
