Responsibilities

– Create and maintain accurate SKU and channel-level demand forecasts using market trends, past data, and statistical tools.
– Track forecast accuracy and bias, and identify reasons for gaps.
– Provide data analysis and prepare materials for the monthly S&OP process.
– Consolidate insights, risks, and opportunities for demand review discussions and support decision-making.
– Work closely with Sales and Marketing to reflect commercial plans, launches, and promotions in the demand plan.
– Align with the global supply chain team to ensure feasibility and optimize service levels and inventory.
– Balance product availability with inventory targets, reducing both stock-outs and excess stock.
– Identify supply risks early and propose solutions.
– Track and report key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory coverage, and air freight usage.
– Lead initiatives to improve forecast quality and planning processes.
– Communicate clearly with local and global stakeholders, providing transparency on demand outlook and assumptions.
– Act as a trusted business partner across the organization.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Experience in the beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry
– 3+ years of experience in demand and supply planning
– Long‑term mindset with a strong desire for growth
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
– Broad understanding of retail and distribution industry
– Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
– Able to create PowerPoint presentations
– Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and high numerical accuracy
– Curious, adaptable, and comfortable with innovation and change
– Business-level English; able to join global meetings and presentations
– Able to travel internationally alone (approx. once per year)
