Responsibilities

-Coordinate demand with suppliers and confirm delivery commitments
-Review backlog and forecast, and clarify requirements with relevant teams when needed
-Ensure materials (direct and indirect) are available to support production plans
-Manage production capacity at external manufacturing partners to meet demand
-Support product launch activities to ensure smooth and timely introductions
-Provide clear instructions to external factories on production priorities and WIP control
-Monitor finished goods output to ensure stable supply and on-time delivery
-Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement activities

Qualifications

-2+ years of SCM, production planning, or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus!
-Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
-Strong analytical and logical thinking skills based on data and facts
-High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering results
-Experience or knowledge in manufacturing company is a plus!
-Able to adapt in a fast-paced, global working environment with a continuous improvement mindset
