Responsibilities

-Create and manage supply plans using SAP.
-Balance customer demand, inventory, and available supply.
-Work with teams such as Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales.
-Track key supply chain performance, such as service level, inventory, OTIF, and forecast accuracy.
-Find ways to improve supply chain processes.
-Support and lead projects to improve and transform supply chain operations.
-Manage project schedules, tasks, and communication with stakeholders.
-Support S&OP and Integrated Business Planning activities.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in Supply Planning or Production Planning
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Practical experience using SAP MRP, including ECC or S/4HANA.
-Experience balancing supply and demand and managing inventory efficiently.
-Able to handle several tasks at the same time and achieve results.
-Good project management and communication skills with different teams.
-Able to communicate effectively in English in a business environment.
