Responsibilities

-Prepare and maintain demand forecasts based on business trends, customer requirements, and historical data.
-Support demand and supply planning activities and identify potential supply or demand gaps.
-Manage inventory levels and support initiatives to improve inventory efficiency.
-Coordinate supply, production, purchasing, logistics, and delivery activities with relevant stakeholders.
-Manage customer orders, delivery schedules, shipments, and related operational activities.
-Monitor supply chain performance, maintain planning data, and prepare regular reports and KPIs.
-Identify process improvements and support standardization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
-Support compliance, supplier coordination, cost management, and general supply chain administration.

Qualifications

-5+ years in supply chain, demand, supply, or inventory planning (S&OP experience is a plus!).
-Bachelor’s Degree.
-Business-level English.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Experience with forecasting, forecast accuracy analysis, and inventory optimization.
-Cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer service, logistics, procurement, finance, or manufacturing.
-ERP or supply chain planning system experience (SAP is a plus!).
-Strong Excel skills; (Power BI is a plus!).
-Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive process improvements.
