■ポジションについて
Sales Support ManagerおよびBusiness Managerへのレポートラインとなり、約5名のチームメンバーのマネジメントをお任せします。チームメンバーや上位職者とも連携できるポジションです。

Responsibilities

-Manage the assigned supply chain function and drive effective day-to-day operations across planning, inventory, procurement, and production.
-Establish and execute long-term supply chain strategies, including initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation.
-Oversee demand forecasting and translate market requirements into appropriate supply and production plans.
-Monitor and optimize raw material procurement, finished-goods inventory, and overall inventory levels to ensure a balanced and efficient supply chain.
-Work closely with manufacturing sites to determine and monitor production volumes in line with demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory requirements.
-Chair regular S&OP/SOP meetings and facilitate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Logistics.
-Partner closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and manufacturing teams to proactively manage demand, supply, materials, and potential supply-chain risks.
-Communicate and coordinate in English with the Supply Chain Planning team at global headquarters, including regular email correspondence and participation in monthly global meetings.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in planning, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Proven experience managing and developing a team of 3 or more members.
-Comprehensive knowledge of international trade, import/export processes, and customs procedures.
-Solid understanding and practical experience in inventory management and optimization.
-Hands-on experience using ERP systems for order processing, purchasing, and inventory management.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
