Responsibilities

– Maintain appropriate inventory levels, utilizing sales forecast and stock data, and various analytics to develop forecasting
– Lead procurement activities across categories ensuring that business needs are always met and arrange transportation to designated locations
– Support import/export shipment within Global Supply Chain team including preparing documents for customs clearance
– Support cross-functional team needs; from monthly close activities with Accounting, to improving delivery schedules for Cafes, to sourcing third-party partners for local product development
– Pursue continuous improvement opportunities, developing solutions to reduce waste and improve cost efficiencies

Qualifications

– 3 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain; preference for food related industry
– Experience in leading projects collaborating with stakeholders of internal and external companies.
– Advanced Excel skills
– Experience with ERP systems
– Fluency in both English and Japanese
