Responsibilities

– Develop demand forecast
– Monitor sales progress and adjust short-term demand plan to minimize the impact of supply
– Lead and prepare for the weekly and monthly forums related to demand plan regarding assigned category and brand.
– Analyze the historical sales performance to assess the impact and feasibility of various sales and marketing plans
– Execute root cause analysis of forecast error to achieve KPI
– Maintain master data, actuals / forecast and forecasting index in planning system and tools.
– Lead / Join projects and activities of IBP, Demand Planning, S&OE, and Supply Chain to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of planning process

Qualifications

– 2-3 years experiences in planning or business analysis
– Experiences in consumer goods industry preferred
– Strong skills in Microsoft office packages, especially Excel
– SAP experience (preferred)
– Good interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
