Responsibilities

-Process and complete orders
-Manage timely shipment and local delivery to customers
-Control backlog and stock availability
-Process customer orders using CRM and Microsoft AX
-Support sales team
-Issue purchase orders and manage purchases with factories and suppliers
-Follow up on new and aging customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment of goods, services, and information
-Respond to inquiries from sales and customers regarding stock and shipment statuses
-Monitor open purchase orders and track deliveries from factories and suppliers
-Prepare documents such as invoices and delivery notes for scheduled deliveries
-Provide professional and high-quality phone and email support to customers in a timely manner
-Offer efficient troubleshooting assistance to customers
-Collaborate effectively with all internal teams

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in logistics, sales administration, or relevant experience
-Experience in sales administration within a trading company or agency
-Familiarity with CRM systems and Import/Export processes
-Experience working with ERP systems
-Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong time management skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Proficient in English (reading and writing)
-A university degree is a plus
