Responsibilities

-Identify improvement opportunities
-Drive performance across teams and functions through strong leadership
-Collaborate with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) teams
-Identify roadblocks causing demand-supply gaps
-Develop and implement action plans in coordination with relevant departments
-Escalate decisions to management when necessary
-Support long-term supply planning
-Understand and analyze customer trends
-Assist other planners
-Promote efficient use of planning and automation tools
-Share case studies from successful manufacturing plants and planners

Qualifications

-8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Strong communication skills
-Excellent problem-solving abilities
-Proficient in data analysis and analytical thinking
-Capable of managing multiple issues simultaneously with speed and accuracy
