Responsibilities

-Report to SCM Director
-Standalone in team
-Aligns and implements commodity strategies
-Manages and maintains supplier agreements that structure business relationships
-Ensures alignment with commodity strategies through engagement in the PLC (Product Life Cycle) process
-Oversees supplier onboarding and offboarding in the company supply base
-Supports resolution of systemic supply chain issues related to quality, cost, delivery, or lead time
-Ad hoc responsibilities

Qualifications

-8+ years of experience in SCM, Commodity Management, or relevant experience
-Demonstrates both conceptual and practical expertise within their discipline, with foundational knowledge of related areas
-Understands best practices and how their function integrates with others; stays informed about competitors and market differentiators
-Serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues; may lead small-scale projects with manageable risk and resource demands
-Solves complex problems by applying new perspectives and analyzing multiple data sources; exercises sound judgment
-Influences customer, operational, project, or service activities within their team and related teams; operates under broad policies and guidelines
-Communicates difficult or sensitive information effectively and works to build alignment and consensus
