Responsibilities

– Manage warehousing, transport, and after-sales logistics
– Liaise with 3PL partners and internal teams
– Lead process improvements and ensure SOP updates
– Monitor 3PL performance using KPIs; enforce corrective actions
– Ensure customs compliance and manage related documentation
– Optimize storage and fulfillment efficiency
– Control logistics costs: budgeting, invoice review, cost analysis
– Select and evaluate 3PLs through market benchmarking
– Support local and regional logistics projects

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
– 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or transport management
– Experience in warehouse, shipping, and inventory operations
– Skilled in logistics metrics and data analysis
– Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
– Fluent in Japanese and English
