Responsibilities

-Create and maintain the item master data
-Prepare and maintain demand forecasts for domestically procured products
-Manage ordering and delivery schedule management for domestically procured products
-Build effective communication and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to improve forecast accuracy
-Taking appropriate actions to mitigate stockout risks and minimize impact on customer experience
-Optimizing daily operational processes and supporting cross-functional improvement initiatives

Qualifications

-Experience in one or more of the following areas:
-Supply chain planning
-Order management and delivery schedule coordination
-Inventory management
-Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with both domestic and international team members
-Fluent in both English and Japanese
-Experience using business software such as SAP or Oracle
-Academic background in supply chain management (e.g., university or graduate school)
-Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
-Experience in one or more of the following areas:
