Responsibilities

-Respond to purchase requests from customers by processing orders. After confirming inventory either at our company or at the headquarters in Germany, carry out the ordering operations.
-Create order forms according to the order details and request shipping support from the warehouse staff.
-Handle customer returns, create invoices, manage deliveries, oversee warehouse operations, prepare billing statements, and pick products within the warehouse.
-Manage warehouse activities, including product receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching
-Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss
-Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes and systems
-Assist with budget planning and cost control for logistics operations
-Prepare and maintain detailed records of shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics costs
-Monitor and analyze market trends and new technologies in logistics and supply chain management to recommend enhancements

Qualifications

-2+ years of experience with order processing for automotive parts and others
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Native-level Japanese
-Business-level English is a plus but not mandatory
-Service engineer for machinery
-Manufacturing and assembly of machinery
