Responsibilities

– Prepare import documentation and data for both merchandise and non-merchandise items.
– Coordinate with customs brokers for clearance and inbound scheduling.
– Maintain and organize shipping and customs documents for audit purposes.
– Manage export operations, including CARNET ATA and TQ shipments.
– Oversee product allocation and distribution to stores.
– Provide reporting and data management support to the Merchandising (MD) team.
– Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve departmental and company objectives.

Qualifications

– Business-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
– Solid understanding of import/export operations with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
– Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
– Results-driven and committed to achieving goals.
– Detail- and quality-oriented, demonstrating high integrity in all tasks.
– Flexible and adaptable, with strong mental agility.
– Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills and responsibilities.
