Responsibilities

Operations & Inventory
– Support day-to-day operational activities related to product handling and distribution
– Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock management aligned with business needs
– Conduct regular checks to ensure stable operations and data accuracy
– Coordinate with on-site teams and/or external partners
Logistics & Process Improvement
– Coordinate domestic and international distribution activities and related documentation
– Monitor operational status and support issue resolution
– Analyze basic operational data and support efficiency and cost improvement initiatives
– Participate in system-related improvement or implementation projects

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
– Basic understanding of inventory management and operational workflows
– Experience with business systems (e.g., ERP) and spreadsheet-based analysis
– Strong coordination skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
