Responsibilities

-Oversee daily shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material handling operations.
-Manage import procedures and prepare required documentation.
-Maintain inventory control for parts, materials, and finished goods.
-Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure competitiveness in quality, price, delivery, and service.
-Develop and manage procurement reporting systems for tracking and analysis.
-Monitor market and delivery conditions to forecast material availability.
-Prepare and review contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for compliance and accuracy.
-Support localization initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics.
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Business-level English.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
-Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Flexible work availability, including travel and participation in late-night conference calls.
-Experience working with international companies or cross-border teams preferred.
