Responsibilities

-Develop purchasing plans based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
-Place and manage purchase orders with domestic and overseas suppliers.
-Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor order fulfillment.
-Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability and timelines.
-Support inbound logistics operations in coordination with logistics partners.
-Assist with warehouse, inventory, and packaging material management.
-Coordinate with customers and internal teams to align procurement and delivery schedules.
-Maintain purchasing transactions and master data for daily operations.

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in international trade and import-related logistics.
-Customer service and 3PL warehouse coordination experience.
-Supply chain coordination experience from the consignee or operations side.
-Business-level English.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with reliable work practices.
-Ability to work effectively in multicultural and diverse teams.
-Proactive mindset, adaptable to change, and focused on achieving results.
-ERP system experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
