Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager

– Help put supply chain plans and policies into action in areas like sourcing, storage, transport, and distribution.
– Support the creation and improvement of supply chain processes as business needs change.
– Keep an eye on daily operations to make sure they follow the plan, and flag any issues or opportunities to improve.
– Carry out and maintain supply chain programs, making sure standards and best practices are followed.
– Help manage and update policies and procedures related to supply chain work.
– Work closely with teams handling materials, planning, suppliers, warehousing, purchasing, and inventory.
– Take part in projects that aim to modernize and improve supply chain practices.

Qualifications

– 5+ years handling logistics operations at B2B companies
– Strong English
– Native Japanese
– Logical and detail-oriented
– High communication skills
– Experience using SAP or other ERP systems (Oracle, etc.)
