Responsibilities

-Lead SCM production planning ensuring efficient and reliable operations
-Drive digital transformation initiatives by maximizing the use of SAP and Kinaxis planning systems
-Optimize coordination between planning and scheduling to improve operational efficiency
-Manage supply planning for traded products, aligning demand, supply, and import schedules
-Facilitate cross-functional and global collaboration through monthly supply reviews and international SCM coordination
-Ensure high data accuracy for products and vendors across systems
-Enhance inventory performance by reducing excess and slow-moving stock and managing near-expiry risks
-Manage logistics networks, including 3PL partnerships and vendor relationships, to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain execution

Qualifications

-2+ years of SCM, operations, or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Experience working in a chemical company is a plus!
-SAP experience is a plus!
-Solid data analysis skills with the ability to drive insights and decision-making
-Agile and adaptable mindset, capable of responding quickly to frequent planning changes and driving new technology adoption
-Results-driven team player with a strong service mindset, focused on inventory optimization, master data accuracy, and effective 3PL management
