Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including shipments, inventory movements, and order fulfillment.
-Coordinate inbound and outbound processes to ensure smooth and timely product flow.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control activities.
-Arrange transportation and monitor delivery progress to meet operational requirements.
-Support international logistics activities, including import and export coordination.
-Utilize ERP systems to manage operational data, track status, and ensure process accuracy.
-Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency.
-Create and maintain standard operating procedures while driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

-3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or related operational functions.
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Understanding of core operational processes, including inventory movement, warehousing, and transportation activities.
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
-Hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to actively contribute to daily operations.
-Proven ability to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support operational standardization initiatives.
-Operational execution and continuous improvement mindset are highly valued.
