Responsibilities

-Manage supply planning and execution to ensure timely availability and delivery of products and materials across international supply chains.
-Develop purchase and replenishment plans based on demand forecasts and inventory targets to maintain balanced stock levels.
-Issue and coordinate purchase orders with overseas production sites, managing changes in quantities and delivery schedules as needed.
-Coordinate logistics activities with relevant partners to ensure smooth transportation from suppliers and production sites to warehouses.
-Monitor inventory levels and take action to prevent shortages or excess stock, ensuring continuity of supply.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement and logistics activities in compliance with internal and external requirements.
-Identify process gaps and support improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of supply chain operations.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, supporting compliance with applicable quality and safety standards and assisting in resolving operational issues.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience handling logistics, procurement, planning, or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Experience using ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
-Solid understanding of supply chain and/or production planning concepts.
-Experience handling regulated or industrial materials (e.g., chemical-related products) is an advantage.
-Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
-Proactive, well-prepared, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
