Responsibilities

Import/Export & Logistics
– Coordinate import/export activities and related documentation
– Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations
– Resolve customs or shipping issues in coordination with internal/external stakeholders
– Manage domestic and international logistics activities, coordinating with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
– Provide delivery/inbound scheduling instructions to distribution centers and monitor shipment status
– Ensure logistics execution is accurate and on schedule

Vendor & Contract Manufacturer Management
– Manage relationships with external logistics providers and contract manufacturers
– Conduct regular performance reviews and drive service improvements
– Coordinate corrective actions when issues arise
– Contribute to SOP updates

Qualifications

– 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, or a related field
– Experience managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, or logistics vendors
– Knowledge of import/export procedures and trade compliance
– Experience with SAP or another ERP system
– Business-level Japanese and English (reading & writing required)
– Strong operational execution ability
– University degree
