Responsibilities

-Lead and in charge of accurate and efficient order entry, delivery note creation, and invoice creation
-Handle SAP Order entry: Sales orders, and return orders
-Coordinate with customers and sales representatives to ensure that orders proceed smoothly (Manage order status, payments, deliveries, invoices/shipping documents, etc.)
-Communicate with warehouses to track products and ensure they arrive on time and safely
-Coordinate with other departments to support accurate shipping.
-Process orders smoothly and efficiently
-Create, revise, and manage procedure manuals
-Customer support (including various inquiries such as complaints and delivery delays)

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in logistics, customer service, or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Experience using ERP system is a plus!
-Microsoft Office intermediate or above (able to use Teams/Outlook and create pivot tables in Excel)
-Experience in process improvement/training or contract management/project management
-Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders and customers
