Responsibilities

– Leads operations for Client Service team for Japan
– Build and maintain a healthy relationship with customers
– Deal with delivery delay and customer claims by collaborating with commercial team
– Plan delivery schedule
– Implement projects and programs
– Manage, coach and develop team
– Prepare weekly / monthly reports
– Prepare a letter for delay
– Respond to internal / external audit
– Deliver internal and Customer Service targets
– Support cost-to-serve initiatives while optimizing customer order processing
– Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transportation costs
– Other duties as required by supervisor

Qualifications

– Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Previous Customer Service management experience
– High interpersonal skills and communication skills
