Responsibilities

– Responsible for logistics operation excellence based on deep understanding of supply chain and industry benchmarking
– Supervise logistics team members to manage daily basis operations.
– Support to manage various LSP vendors
– Manage and supervise out-sourcing job and assignees from LSP vendors
– Execute annual global ocean transportation tender program
– Support to manage logistics related costs
– Lead logistics related projects delivery
– Make proposal and recommendation for logistics improvement and transformation
– Identify opportunities and propose new and/or continuous improvement ideas where the team and the cross-functional team could work more effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– English: Business Level
– Strong logistics understanding
– Japanese: Native level
– Supply chain experience in FMCG
– Project management experience in logistics
