Responsibilities

– Organize 3PL operations & inbound/outbound transactions of retail logistics
– Prepare paperwork for regulatory and due-date management
– Prepare inventory documentation: accurately recording type, quantity, quality, and other features of inventory
– Ensure that inventories are constantly up to standards
– Maintain daily shipment records to ascertain the state of all stock
– Oversee the constant flow of stocks in and out of company’s warehouse facility
– Document stocks delivery and supervise their movement into operational processing
– Ensure maintenance of optimal levels of stock for availability as the need arises
– Review service levels of 3PL vendors regularly and reconcile inventories
– Foster effective and cordial relationships with 3PL vendors

Qualifications

– Must have 5+ years experience in supply chain & logistics, esp. warehousing & local
transport
– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
– Advanced Excel Skills
– Business level of English
