Responsibilities

– Manage the importation of goods, including liaising with appropriate partners and government agencies to ensure our goods comply with all appropriate local regulations and process
– Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated storage and movement of goods between the factory, contractors, warehouse & 3PL.
– Manage separate logistics 3PL for importation, both retail and wholesale to ensure on-time importation, replenishment, and delivery
– Contribute and manage logistics budget
– Reduce local sourcing cost of fast consuming materials to improve company profit
– Work with 3PL and other partners to ensure accurate Inventory Control over Finished Goods
– Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements in delivery performance
– Manage customers, vendors, and other program stakeholders in the delivery of complex project requirements to cost, schedule and quality
– Coordinate periodical RFP(s) review of global Logistics Service providers as required
– Maintain the services performance with cost reduction with all logistics fields
– Project based management and workable process making and cooperating in place

Qualifications

– 5 years’ experience in logistics management
– University Degree in related field
– Experience with 3PL
– Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
