Responsibilities

-Oversee the supply chain operations
-Make proposals for internal SCM improvements
-Work closely with field service and project management to drive customer engagement
-Check demands and create or adjust deliveries accordingly
-Handle demand & stock processing using SAP
-Lead local warehouse & service station teams
-Ensure proper storage conditions & structure
-Manage warehouse in line with the company’s policies and vision
-Supervise warehouse, quality assurance, inventory control, shipping, and customer service
-Oversee the warehouse team to meet the demands of the stakeholders
-Standardize and develop systems and processes related to warehouse management
-Ensure appropriate physical flow
-Manage and ensure warehouse processes are completed on time.
-Handle day-to-day activities related to shipping, and inspection management

Qualifications

-2+ years of related experience in logistics or relevant background
-Bachelor’s Degree (SCM, Logistics, or related field is a plus!)
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Experience in inventory/stock management
-IT knowledge
-Major ERP system (SAP is a plus!)
-Customer-oriented
-Structured and organized with good planning abilities
