Responsibilities

– Report to Logistics Manager
– Registering product information and confirming accuracy
– Generating supply-related records and documentation
– Compiling materials and documents for internal use
– Assisting with import logistics and supply coordination tasks
– Responding to team inquiries regarding supply plans
– Overseeing import
– Coordinating with warehouses, repair vendors, and freight forwarders
– Placing orders for replacement components
– Providing operational support as a substitute for the import coordinator

Qualifications

– Proficient in business-level English
– Native Japanese
– Skilled in Excel
– More than 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations
– Detail-oriented with a composed and steady approach to tasks
– Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
– Highly collaborative with a strong team-oriented mindset
– Familiar with ERP platforms
