Responsibilities

-Identify challenges in supply chain processes and propose improvements
-Manage material dispatching, including demand checks and creating/changing deliveries
-Process material demand and stock counting using SAP
-Lead and supervise the local warehouse and service station team
-Ensure proper material storage conditions and structured organization
-Conduct regular safety inspections within the warehouse
-Manage the warehouse in alignment with company policies and strategic vision
-Oversee daily warehouse operations: quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, productivity, shipping, and customer service
-Schedule and manage the warehouse team to meet stakeholder demands and optimize workflow efficiency
-Assign tasks effectively and evaluate performance results
-Standardize and develop systems and processes related to warehouse management
-Develop and implement best practices for warehouse and supply chain management
-Support and coordinate material import and export processes
-Ensure inventory accuracy in case of malfunctions through analysis and lead cycle counting operations

Qualifications

-2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or relevant experience
-Degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus!
-Business level Japanese
-Business level English
-Knowledge of logistics and warehouse management
-Experience in stock management, transport coordination, packing, receiving, and shipping
-General IT proficiency
-SAP experience preferred
-Customer-oriented mindset
-Structured and organized with strong planning skills
-Effective communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels
-Ability to work within diverse corporate and international cultures
