Responsibilities

– Report to Japan Managing Director and APAC SCM Manager
– Manage 1 staff
– Handle orders in a timely manner
– Monitor logistics to ensure smooth delivery
– Track delivery dates to meet customer requests
– Follow up on product allocation to enhance delivery efficiency
– Support local sales teams and address customer needs
– Coordinate daily operations with managers and international supervisors
– Control inventory based on data analysis and sales feedback
– Maintain various master data, including pricing and customer information
– Adhere to company SOPs, policies, and standards
– Attend meetings and contribute to productive discussions
– Train, guide, and support employees
– Make outbound calls to customers

Qualifications

– 5+ years experience in Supply Chain or relevant experience
– Major in Supply Chain or related field is a plus!
– Bachelor’s degree
– English proficiency: Business level
– Management experience: 2–4 years
– Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
– Ability to work individually and in a team environment
