Responsibilities

– Supervise and coordinate the daily order entry and fulfillment process through effective direction of support staff, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
– Continuously review and refine operational workflows in response to evolving internal and external requirements, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
– Generate required documentation such as adjustment memos and transaction logs to support proper financial reporting and reconciliation.
– Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and skills development of temporary staff to ensure a consistent and high-performing support function.
– Support initiatives aimed at improving operational performance through the introduction and integration of digital tools and system-based enhancements.

Qualifications

– Experience in designing and improving operational workflows, including planning, revisions, and team direction
– Proven ability to lead and guide teams effectively
– Strong interpersonal communication skills, especially in coordinating with external partners
– Practical experience using enterprise resource management systems
– Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal
– SAP preferred
