Responsibilities

-Handle procurement operations and coordinate issue-resolution with domestic and international stakeholders
-Manage purchasing activities for Japan-based suppliers
-Coordinate between domestic factories and suppliers
-Procure production materials (parts/raw materials) from Japan for overseas factories
-Source a broad range of materials, including resin, non-ferrous, and general production materials
-Manage suppliers and support production planning during supply constraints
-Drive process improvement initiatives with internal departments

Qualifications

-2+ years of procurement or relevant experience
-Excel skills for data analysis
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on root causes
-Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable
-Professional communication with internal/external stakeholders
-Basic MS Office skills (or willingness to learn)
