Responsibilities

-Process orders: place orders for sales items and replenish stock
-Manage delivery schedules and adjust timelines when needed
-Share incoming shipment updates with logistics
-Control inventory to prevent stockouts and excess stock
-Negotiate returns with suppliers when necessary
-Investigate discrepancies between received goods and invoices
-Communicate with suppliers about inventory, lead times, and market conditions
-Respond to internal and supplier inquiries and coordinate with product managers and sales teams

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience handling procurement, supply chain, or relevant background
-No specific educational background required
-Business-level Japanese
-Intermediate-level English
-Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-Practical experience in procurement and inventory management, including ordering from domestic and international vendors and preventing stockouts
-Experience improving operations by understanding existing processes and proposing enhancements
