■レポートライン／チーム構成
購買チームリーダーおよびオペレーション責任者のもとで業務を進めていただきます（いずれも経験豊富な方です！）。入社後の引継ぎやサポート体制も整っていますので、安心して業務をスタートいただけます。
小規模チームのマネジメントお任せするため、マネジメントスキルを磨きたい方にもおすすめです。

■勤務地
以下いずれかの勤務形態を選択いただけます。
・東京を拠点とし、週次で富山工場へ出張する勤務形態
・富山工場勤務（富山県外から転居される場合は relocation support あり）

Responsibilities

– Lead the purchasing team, managing daily operations, workload allocation, and performance.
– Manage supplier performance, relationships, and negotiations with internal stakeholders and category management.
– Maintain supplier agreements, pricing schedules, and master data in the ERP system.
– Lead supplier negotiations and secure capacity commitments aligned with long-term demand forecasts.
– Own quality, delivery, lead time, cost, and compliance performance for assigned categories.
– Represent business line requirements in cross-functional category teams, acting as the key link to category management.
– Contribute to category strategies and drive implementation of action plans.
– Analyze spend and supplier data, conduct benchmarking, and share insights with stakeholders.
– Support non-conformity and warranty processes for escalated supplier issues.
– Ensure compliance with supply management processes, tools, and contracts.
– Support budgeting and cost tracking for materials and services.
– Manage supplier lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
– Communicate performance updates and escalate recurring issues as needed.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Solid understanding of sourcing and supply management
– At least 3+ years of experience in sourcing
– Knowledge of industrial products and machinery parts preferred
– Negotiation skills coupled with a strong focus on problem solving
– Solution oriented approach, capability to implement and persistency to follow-up activities to ensure sustainability
– Good communication and presentation skills
– Fluent Japanese, business level English
– Good networking capacity
– Willingness to travel
– SAP\ERP and legal knowledge preferred
