Responsibilities

-Process and manage orders accurately and on time.
-Follow up on deliveries and help resolve delays or issues.
-Communicate with customers and internal teams about orders, schedules, and changes.
-Check and resolve issues related to documents, invoices, delivery, and quality.
-Work with suppliers and internal teams to solve problems and improve performance.
-Manage order changes, cancellations, holds, and product returns when needed.
-Prepare reports and keep order and process information up to date.
-Support continuous improvement by finding ways to improve quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

-2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a similar role is a plus!
-Bachelor’s Degree.
-Basic understanding of business processes and systems.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems.
-Positive, reliable, flexible, and willing to learn.
