Responsibilities

-Manage purchase orders using SAP or other ERP systems
-Confirm and follow up on delivery schedules with suppliers in Japan and overseas
-Coordinate delivery dates and resolve scheduling issues
-Maintain purchasing and delivery data in the ERP system
-Register and update supplier and product master data
-Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other internal teams
-Support purchasing documentation and general administrative tasks
-Maintain accurate purchasing data and support compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or production control
-Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
-Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
-Experience in the electrical, electronics, or precision equipment manufacturing industry
-Experience communicating with suppliers and internal teams, including by email in English
-Experience in import/export or international trade is a plus
-Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
-Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn, solve problems, and work with people from different cultures
