Responsibilities

-Report to managing director
-4 staff in team
-Lead the Customer Service function to complete daily tasks
-Ensure timely and professional fulfillment of all customer orders
-Review processes and implement changes to enhance team efficiency
-Build strong working relationships with other teams
-Conduct regular meetings with team members and evaluating their performance
-Participate in management meetings to share observations and improvement ideas
-Provide necessary training and coaching to support team growth and development
-Collaborate with overseas Customer Service teams to establish best practices
-Monitor transaction data for accuracy and completeness
-Maintain a productive and positive work environment

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in a customer service, supply chain management (SCM), or operations role
-Management experience is a plus!
-ERP solution knowledge
-Experience with SAP is a plus!
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Native Japanese
-Business-level English
-Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a can-do attitude
