Responsibilities

-Report to Managing Director
-Manage 2 staff (3 staff in Logistics team)
-Lead all logistics operations
-Oversee daily logistics planning and execution
-Serve as the main point of contact for daily operations with 3PL and other logistics service providers
-Coordinate order management and collaborate with various stakeholders in the order-to-delivery process
-Ensure effective inventory and warehouse management
-Maintain established logistics operations, including physical inventory management
-Ensure smooth and optimized inbound/outbound operations, including the import process
-Foster close communication and alignment with cross-functional teams
-Collaborate on projects to provide supply chain and logistics solutions to business leaders
-Optimize processes through standardization and automation in ERP systems and other IT tools
-Plan and track logistics budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or relevant experience
-Experience in warehouse operations
-Strong strategic thinking skills and a service-oriented mindset
-Proficient in ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, or similar)
-Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
-Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
-Experience in project management
-Native-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Valid driver’s license
-Interest in the automotive industry is a plus!
