Responsibilities
-Develop, implement, and review customer service strategies.
-Collaborate with business divisions, business units, and country representatives to create local optimization plans.
-Formulate optimization plans to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction in sales processes.
-Ensure achievement of set goals through supervision and corrective actions as needed.
-Process customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
-Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and orders.
-Build long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
-Prioritize tasks based on defined standards to consistently maintain customer satisfaction.
-Resolve customer issues (orders, technical problems, payments, etc.) in coordination with field service, sales, logistics, and other internal/external teams.
-Participate in customer support development projects (e.g., tools, capabilities, resources).
-Purchase products from supply factories based on sales plans and forecasts.
-Maintain appropriate levels of finished goods inventory.
-Develop and manage logistics operations to efficiently handle product shipments to customers.
-Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customer requirements.
-Conduct small-scale final product assembly domestically as requested by the business unit.
-Manage assembly plants and workers as needed to ensure quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
-Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and ensure business compliance.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or higher.
-Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
-English: TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent English proficiency.
-Over 5 years of experience in quality, operations, or engineering roles within plant engineering or industrial machinery manufacturing.
-Experience working directly with customers, not just in internal functions.
-Hands-on experience in process improvement using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
-Management or leadership experience.
-Proven track record in leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
-Experience in sales or sales support for equipment/product repairs, overhauls, or other maintenance services.
-Practical experience using SAP in business operations.
