Responsibilities

– Oversee imports, exports, and domestic transportation for products and store-related materials.
– Optimize warehouse operations, costs, and data reconciliation.
– Provide direct support to logistics coordinators.
– Handle defect management with HQ teams.
– Ensure care labels meet compliance standards efficiently.
– Monitor stock levels for permanent products.
– Manage obsolete items through staff sales and lifecycle tracking.
– Collaborate with HQ to implement sustainable practices in operations.
– Lead local carbon capture and biodiversity preservation projects.

Qualifications

– At least 5 years of experience in Logistics and Quality Control.
– Fluent Japanese and Business-level English.
– Strong interpersonal and business communication abilities.
– Skilled in balancing daily operations with long-term strategies.
– Capable of multitasking, decision-making, and setting priorities effectively.
