Responsibilities

Reporting to: Representative Director of Japan Operations
Managing: 3+ staff
– Designed and implemented efficient logistics plans to streamline operations
– Managed logistics staff to support daily activities
– Oversaw and coordinated with external parties involved in logistics operations
– Selected and optimized procurement of logistics-related materials and supplies
– Handled inventory control and physical stock-taking
– Identified and resolved supply chain process issues to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
– Reviewed and adjusted reorder points based on forecasts and actual demand
– Carried out product ordering tasks, with future transition to the SAP system
– Supervised customer support functions are shared with the logistics team
– Analyzed customer inquiries and feedback to propose and implement service improvements
– Coordinated with logistics partners, wholesalers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

– Practical logistics experience in the healthcare industry
– Business-level English proficiency
– Experience coordinating with global stakeholders
– Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP
– Strong IT literacy, including data handling, reporting, and analysis using software tools
