Responsibilities

Report: Manager
Managing: 3+ staff

– Examine and compile reports on data concerning asset retrieval.
– Detect and rank obstacles to enhancing recovery rates, including asset delays, unauthorized usage, and improper handling, using data insights.
– Create required action plans and delegate execution tasks based on assigned responsibilities.
– Assist in carrying out plans in line with their priority and resource availability.
– Oversee the advancement of all initiatives and activities aimed at boosting recovery rates.
– Offer training and awareness programs to involved parties to ensure correct asset management and retrieval.

Qualifications

– Skilled in organizing, optimizing, analyzing, and presenting large sets of partial or fragmented data.
– Strong negotiation and communication abilities with stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
– Proven management capabilities, including monitoring task progress and mentoring team members and colleagues from other departments.
– Demonstrated experience in leading cross-departmental projects.
– Hands-on experience with data analysis.
– People management experience
– Background in directing cross-functional project teams.
