Responsibilities

– Manage and oversee all SCM operations and team efficiency
– Supervise warehouse, inventory, procurement, shipping, and import/export
– Oversee quality assurance and product development/manufacturing in Japan
– Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain
– Support sales growth through demand planning and inventory management
– Collaborate with internal/external partners for local manufacturing and distribution
– Monitor trends, forecast accuracy, and align with sales/marketing
– Identify and reduce excess inventory risks
– Handle audits and enforce internal controls
– Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency and best practices

Qualifications

– Strong leadership with the ability to lead by example and uphold company values
– Effective communicator across sales, marketing, and global teams
– Solid knowledge of domestic and international logistics and shipping
– Proven collaboration skills with sales and corporate operations teams
– Skilled in forecasting and managing third-party manufacturing partners
– Experienced in project management with a structured, process-driven approach
– Proficient in ERP/MRP systems, especially Oracle
– Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization
