Responsibilities

Report: Head of Supply Chain
Managing: 5+ staff

– Overseeing intake and order processing using the ERP system
– Coordinate with partners to ensure the timely delivery of products
– Monitor and manage delayed orders
– Coordinate return logistics for products and components in collaboration with relevant departments and stakeholders.
– Supervise 3PL partners and the warehouse
– Mentor and train staff

Qualifications

– University degree or equivalent academic background
– Over 5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or logistics operations
– Proven expertise in order lifecycle management, inventory oversight, and transport coordination
– Track record of managing third-party logistics providers effectively
– 5+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role
– Proficient in enterprise systems, with 3+ years using ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
