Responsibilities

Reporting to Country Manager
– Monitor and evaluate inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages
– Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient service
– Direct and enhance all supply chain and logistics operations
– Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless end-to-end operational flow
– Drive risk management and continuity strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions

Qualifications

– 5+ years of handling SCM/Logistics-related operations
– Preferably if candidates have a deep understanding of Japanese regulatory standards for medical devices
– Expertise in ERP
– Supply Chain credentials are plus (CPIM/Lean Six Sigma)
– Native Japanese
– Business level English
