Responsibilities

-Analyze current and future business needs to develop and implement optimal logistics strategies and improvement plans.
-Optimize inbound, storage, and outbound operations, propose necessary investments, and support management decision-making.
-Develop logistics optimization strategies, including the potential use of third-party logistics (3PL) services.
-Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping processes to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
-Continuously pursue the maintenance and improvement of service levels.
-Maintain a logistics framework aligned with global standards, ensuring a safe working environment and minimizing operational risks.
-Analyze business processes and propose and implement improvement initiatives.
-Utilize digital tools and optimization technologies to achieve cost reduction and improved service quality.
-Plan and manage departmental budgets to ensure effective and efficient investment.
-Lead and develop team members to strengthen logistics expertise and organizational capabilities.
-Collaborate with other departments to support overall service level improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in corporate logistics or supply chain management.
-Practical experience in warehouse management, inventory optimization, and transportation operations.
-Experience in service level management and improvement initiatives.
-Experience in budgeting and investment proposal development.
-Experience in team management and talent development.
-Experience managing logistics using external resources, such as 3PL implementation or outsourced warehouse operations (preferred).
-Problem-solving oriented, with the ability to proactively propose and implement improvements.
-Strong sense of responsibility, ensuring operations are both fast and reliable.
-Collaborative mindset, contributing to overall organizational productivity and customer satisfaction.
-Proactively identifies issues in other departments and supports rapid resolution, demonstrating a “internal service” attitude.
