Responsibilities

-Ensure cost-effective, timely procurement and imports.
-Plan and manage procurement to optimize profits, inventory, and costs.
-Oversee ordering, importing, and supply chain/quality issues.
-Manage transport, supplier selection, and negotiations.
-Develop import plans from forecasts and inventory analysis.
-Monitor costs, pricing, and import status; meet KPIs.
-Conduct inventory checks and improve system operations.
-Lead and develop the team for optimal performance.

Qualifications

-5+ years in logistics or supply chain.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational improvement skills.
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Skilled in business strategy, planning, and execution is a plus!
-Adaptable and efficient in task execution.
-Collaborative with internal/external teams.
-Experience in talent development and team management.
